Front of House Supervisor

Location:  The Brink Café, Liverpool

Full time (40 hrs/wk)

Annual salary: £17k pa

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor who will support the Assistant Manager in the day to day running of the Brink Café. This will include supervising the front of house food and drink service ensuring a quality and customer focused service, as well as supervising outside events promoting the Brink promoting recovery and wellbeing.

You will have previous experience working in a hospitality environment and be dedicated to driving excellent customer service, and preferably already be in a supervisory role.

It’s not essential for you to have in-depth knowledge about the recovery community or addiction, but you should be in tune with the ethos and rationale of the Brink and be enthusiastic about.

Chef

Location:  The Brink Café, Liverpool

32 hrs/wk (would consider job share of 16 hrs/wk)

We are looking for a Chef to prepare meals to order as well as catering for larger events or buffets.  Our menu is focused on healthy and fresh produce and we have excellent standards to maintain.  You will need to be able to work well under pressure and have experience working as part of a team.  There will be the opportunity to have an input to menu design and come up with ideas for specials.

You will have experience working in a similar restaurant or venue with knowledge of food costs, stock rotation and food safety certification.  Ideally you will have a catering qualification at Level 3 or equivalent.

Registered Nurse

Location: Clouds House, East Knoyle, Wiltshire

Full/Part time: Both

We are looking for registered nurses with post registration experience to join our innovative and effective nursing team. The work we do with a very diverse client group is both highly rewarding and transformative. Key duties include:

  • Admitting clients into treatment
  • Administering medication
  • Managing detoxification and observation of unwell clients
  • Keeping accurate and timely client records
  • Dealing with cases of self-harm and reporting risks
  • Attending daily meetings and handing over information to other team members
  • Liaising with other healthcare professionals

Knowledge and previous experience of working with addictions is not essential – training will be provided.

Full and part time vacancies are available – with flexible rotas – as well as ‘bank’ arrangements.
