Action on Addiction's Yoga Week 2009

               Sunday 27th September - Sunday 4th October 2009

 If you would like to organise your own fundraiser during Action on Addiction's Yoga Week 2009 (Sunday 27^th September - Sunday 4^th October) that would be wonderful and we would love to hear from you!

 There are many ways to get involved, for example:

• Host your own sun salutation Yogathon challenge. 
• Organise a yoga class or ask your yoga class if they will donate the proceeds to Action on Addiction.
• Ask your local gym if they will donate the proceeds of one/some of their yoga classes to Action on Addiction.        

To name but a few!

Alternatively, Action on Addiction is hosting a Yogathon at the Alchemy Centre in Camden on Sunday 27th September 2009 to launch our Yoga Week 2009. We are looking for people to take part in our Yogathon. Each participant will perform a number of Sun Salutations according to their ability (20 for beginner, 50 for intermediate, and 75 for advanced), during a yoga session of between 1 hour - 1 ½ hours, which will run from 10am - 5pm at the Alchemy Centre, raising a minimum of £100 sponsorship each.
