The menu at Clouds House pays particular attention to providing a good variety of nourishing meals at set times during the day. All meals are prepared on the premises by our team of trained chefs using fresh ingredients.
The focus is on a well-balance healthy diet using recipes containing low levels of saturated fats, salt and refined sugars. Special lifestyle choice diets such as vegetarian or vegan can be catered for, as well as those for religious or cultural reasons such as Halal or Kosher. Similarly we can accommodate your needs if your diet is restricted for clear medical reasons.
The chef team will be actively encouraging you to try new culinary experiences. During your stay there will be a 'Healthy Eating' seminar which we hope will help you to maintain a well‑balanced diet after you leave.
