The 12-step programme
The programme is abstinence-based.
Research shows that affiliation to 12-Step self-help groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous can be a significant indicator of successfully maintaining a drug and alcohol free lifestyle after treatment. Relapse into active addiction is linked to feelings of depression and demoralisation.
Our programme is structured to address these issues by introducing you to the 12-Step philosophy, and the instillation of hope through being part of a community an individual's issues are addressed.
