Full-Time Honours Degree
BSc Honours Degree in Addictions Counselling
Following graduation from the Foundation Degree, students meeting the required criteria may have the opportunity to study for a further one year, full time. Successful completion leads to a BSc (Hons) in Addictions Counselling awarded by the University of Bath.
As with the Foundation Degree, the Honours programme is a franchised* programme of the University of Bath and is designed and delivered by the Centre for Addiction Treatment Studies. It has a strong focus on work based learning.

The programme includes units on management skills and provides students with a sound underpinning for professional development to the role of team leader and beyond. Equal emphasis is given to research-based activities, in-depth counselling skills, and supervision.

The programme for full-time students runs from September to the end of May with two week breaks for Christmas and Easter.
